Exotic and elegantly tough, this medium sized, messenger style bag features a crested springbok hide as its focal point. The springbok is printed in a faux exotic hide pattern, adding richness and depth to the natural markings of the fur.
Springbok are NOT endangered and are very common in southern Africa.
The body of this bag is unlined to hold up under heavy wear. It is cleanly constructed and made of the finest quality, vintage finished cowhide in shades of brown chosen to match each individual springbok hide. Substantial and supple, it becomes more and more beautiful with wear.
There is a roomy zippered pocket on the outside of the bag, under the flap, and a second one with a metrocard (2"x 3.75") or business card pocket and a detachable key fob inside. The closure is natural horn and the adjustable bandolier style shoulder strap with solid metal buckle is comfortable no matter what you carry.
The body of the bag measures 11" H x 11" wide x 2" deep. The flap measurements will vary somewhat according to each individual hide used.
Each bag is unique as no two skins are alike.
