This one-of-a kind messenger bag with a collaged springbok crest flap and hand-laced strap. Rendered in a supple vintage finished dark brown cowhide that just gets better with wear and tear.
The body of this bag is unlined to hold up with heavy use. It is cleanly constructed and made of the finest quality cowhide with a natural “pull-up”. This means that with wear the leather becomes deeply marbleized and textured without cracking, gaining great depth and beauty the more it is worn.
Bag has 2 roomy pockets, plus a card pocket and a detachable keyfob. Closure is natural horn and the hardware solid antiqued brass.
The body of the bag measures 11" H x 11" wide x 2" deep. The flap measurements vary. The length of the strap is approximately 22” from shoulder to bag.
Springbok are a common antelope and not endangered. These hides are printed in exotic patterns.
