All made-to-order and custom orders are Final Sale.
All returned items must be in new and unworn condition, and are inspected before credit or exchange is issued.
All items are shipped via US Mail, with delivery confirmation.
All domestic orders over $300.00 will be shipped insured.
In stock items will ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Made-to-Order items will ship within 10-14 business days.
Custom Ordered items ship within 14 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Overseas Orders are shipped via US mail. Overseas orders over $300.00 will be shipped insured where it is available unless otherwise specified by the customer.
All returns and exchanges require an RA#. Please contact us for an RA# before an item is returned. All returned items must be carefully wrapped, with RA# clearly noted on outside of package. And shipped via same method it was received.
The above return instructions regarding RA# and return directions also apply to any stock item that may be returned due to an error (such as wrong size or wrong item being shipped). We will provide a paid return shipping label and correct size/item will be shipped back to you at our expense.
This will not apply to ANY custom sized stock items.
If an insured order appears to have been damaged during shipping. Please, retain the packaging in the event of a claim.
There is a 10% restocking fee for One-of-a-Kind and Limited Edition, in stock items.
